How it works
Drop your payout files
Download the annexure or settlement report from the Swiggy or Zomato partner portal and drop it here. It is read in this browser and never uploaded.
See what was deducted
Every ads charge, every discount you funded in full, and anything the platform could not explain — each with the sheet and row it came from.
Check it against your records
Download the lines as CSV, compare with the campaigns you actually approved, and take it to the platform if they do not match.
Frequently asked questions
Is my payout file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read inside your browser and never leaves your device. There is no server, no account and no storage. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.
Which files does it read?
The Swiggy payout annexure and the Zomato settlement report, as the .xlsx you download from the partner portal. The Zomato reader was checked against 23 real settlement reports and matches each one's own total exactly. If a file is not recognised, the tool tells you what it did not understand and stops rather than showing a number it cannot stand behind.
Does it find ads charges reliably?
It reads the ads and adjustment rows in the "Other charges and deductions" sheet, including both the current-week and previous-week blocks. Two honest limits: I have never been able to test it against a real Swiggy annexure containing a real ads charge, because no such file is publicly available, and some newer annexures itemise ads inside the Payout Breakup sheet instead, which this tool does not read. If it finds no ads it says so loudly rather than leaving you to assume you were not charged, and if your Payout Breakup sheet mentions ads it tells you to look there.
Does this tell me what I was overcharged?
No, and be wary of any tool that claims to. It shows you what was deducted and where each figure sits in your own file. Only you know which campaigns you approved. We do not estimate, extrapolate, or guess a typical loss.
What counts as a "restaurant-funded" discount?
A promotion where your share is 100 percent, meaning the full discount came out of your payout rather than the platform's. Swiggy lists these in the Discount Summary sheet with a Restaurant Share column.
What is the diagnostic, and what does it contain?
Payout files differ between outlets, so after a run you are offered a diagnostic that helps me support layouts I have not seen. It contains only sheet names, column headings, and the words the platform uses for each charge. It never contains amounts, order numbers, your business name, or the file itself. You can read the whole thing before you send it, and sending is always your choice.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. It is a reading of your own file. What you do with it, including raising a dispute with the platform, is your decision and worth discussing with your accountant or lawyer.
